Ok, let me get this straight. You crashed your Dad's truck with your friend in it. You were an uninsured driver on the vehicle, so after the insurance paid the claims resulting from the accident, they are coming after you?

Not sure if the Canadian provinces have reciprocal setups, but, most likely if you try to get a license in another province the notation against your license will show up.

There may not be a clock to reset here. Sounds like they already obtained a judgement against you, whihc means all they have to do is renew it.

Hi thanks, yes without telling us they paid out my dad, making it seem like that was the best option but regardless there is a "Said" thing that after 6-7 years you can just go get your licence but don't know of anybody n the past 5 years that it worked

And canadains don't share much info between provinces, when my grandma died "she" took out loans, bought a house all over canada....kind of fuct up hey
