Several things, first of course the bankruptcy judge would most likely throw out the bankruptcy, so you would lose your protection of the court to your debtors, and this would allow them to get judgements, garnishments, attachments, reposses property andthe such.

Then you could face criminal charges for filing false papers to the court, and the perjury for your testomony. This would be federal charges. You could be arrested ( have a bond hearing but ifyou are have no money since all your accounts would most likely be attached you most likely could not make bail). Likely what the lie was and what the intent was.
For example ifyou failed to mention the 400,000 dollars you have in the bank in your sisters name is alot different than forgetting the 400 dollars you had in a christmas club at the credit union.
