bank garnisments

My wages are electrinically deposited into another persons account. My name is not on the account. Can a collection agency garnish the account and sieze the money?

Yes, they will be able to if they find they money, they will claim in court you are illegally trying to fraud them out of the money by hiding it in another persons bank account.

so they will freeze that bank account when they find it, and the other person will then have to prove which of the money is thiers.

If your wages are deposited into an account wich is not in your name, can it be garnished? Is it best to pay everything in cash?Thank you for your time.

Recently Cach Llc Froze My Bank Account After Unsuccessfully Trying To
Settle My Debt With Them. What Are My Options As Regards Removing The
Lien. The Notification Say It's Valid For One Year. If I Open Another Account
Would This Be Affected Also.
