Bank garnishments in oregon

If my wages are deposited into another persons bank account, in which I am not a signer or in anyway associated with the account, can the collection agency garnish the account?

They can't garnish any account until they sue you, and obtain a judgment.

I'm not going to offer you advice on how to hide your money, I fight that issue every day myself, sorry.

I have been doing business with a company that is a llc in oregon. they have allways paid me with checks from other llc companys.I filed a small claim on the company that I did business with but now it appears that they do not have a bank act.The other llc companys that I got checks from do have bank acts. Can i garnish the bank acts that i received checks from.
