99 Taurus

I am writing on behalf of a relative, who suffers from Bi-polar depression. She is on total disability, lives in subsidized housing and relies on less than $100 per month in foods stamps. My sister had to voluntarily surrender her car back to Ford Motor Company because she could no longer work thus keep up the payments.

Rubin & Rothmann are the Attorneys for Ford, and are taking her to court for the $3000.00 that she still owes after her car was sold at auction.

My sister has been hospitalized 3 times in the past 18 months, and survived a suicide attempt in December of 2004.

The holiday times are difficult for her already. I don't know what the thought of a court appearance will do to her.

My sister can get any documentation needed by her treating psychiatrist as to her condition and present well being.

We have tried to contact Rubin & Rothmann several times, left numerous messages for a Mr Wright, who is suppose to be handling this. But no one returns the calls

I would immediately contact your local legal aid agency. It sounds like your sister would easily qualify for their free services. Don't go up against this law firm without legal assistance.
