You said these were accounts in your EX's name only?

If that is correct, then you can't get the information you want, you don't have the right to it unless there is some type of legal proceeding that this information would be used to satisify.

If you are determined to do so, I would suggest finding a good private eye in your area and have them see what they can locate.

There is no legal way to get it, unless he will give it to you.
Now if you are in a law suit against him, you can try and get that info though the court
