Money being withdrawn to unknown

12 Answers A company called coleshill are taking money out of my bank account , I have not a clue what this is can you help? |

Yes. The bank wouldn't let them have the money unless they have a court order, or a preauthorization from you . The bank will let you see it. Just ask. I'd make a copy. excon | ||||

| Have you gone to the bank branch? Before a bank can remove any money from your account, they need authorization. This authorization can be an approval from you or it can be an order from a court. Therefore, the bank has to be able to show you a copy of that authorization. I would be in the branch first thing tomorrow (assuming its closed now) demanding to see a copy of the authorization or have the money restored. | ||||
