My daughter wrote a bad check for her rent. The bank charged her their fee. She paid a hundred dollar late fee to her apartment and they also charged her a 75 dollar returned check fee. A lesson some just have to learn the hard way. My question is I thought that their was a limit in the state of Georgia that the most you can charge for a returned check was 30 dollars. Anybody?
