buisness banking

i have a small courier buisness in nyc.i need to open a new buiness checking account
since i am not happy with the bank i use now.i cant find my corperate stamp and the
papers i used to open the old account.i have my tax id number as well as my bank
statements to prove i have a buisness.how can i open a new account to deposit my
customers checks?can i go to some agency to get copys or records or what can i give
the bank?the company is a s-corp .
