Auditing interest calculation, Halal or Haram

I have quitted a job from a interest based bank last year. I have got a job in a group of companies as an auditor. Please answer the questions and help me take the correct decision to please Allah (SWT).

Is it halal to work for a company that has a huge loan and pays interest? The company's earning comes from the investment made by the borrowed money from interest based banks.

Is it halal to work as an auditor for a company that pays interest for the fund borrowed from a bank. Is it halal to audit calculation of interest paid by the company?
