account frozen

Hi, Hope i am doin this right. Just found out over the Internet my Bank account has been Frozen. Not mush in it i get ssi.going to call the Bank when they, I dont knon anybody i own, But iam very upset ?? thank for your answer. Pat

Go to the bank and ask them for a copy of the garnishment against the account, then contact the court the issued it.

File a Motion to Quash the garnishment, this will give you some time before any funds can be removed.
