yamaha yz 125 2003

I rebuild't the bike over the winter putting a new sleeve, piston, ring, cdi, coil and new brakes, cleand the carborater and new base oil. The bike does not want to open up right in first. The bike is really boggy on the take off. It will start easy on the first kick every time. I'm thinking that the timing might be a little behind or I was thinking that it could be the reads. Could somebody let me know what they think.THANKS
