2003 f 350 6.0 no power

My 2003 F-350 6.0 diesel truck is very hard to start in morning even when it's not cold out. It leaks diesel fuel at engine area, but not all the time. Sometimes it also runs at a high rpm (1100) when at idle and even surges when stopped at stop light sometimes. If this is an injector problem,...

Fuel is leaking in engine area. Hard to start and runs rough most of the time. Idles high and sometimes surges when stopped at stop light. Any ideas? Thanks.
