It means you are either 23 years old or 9 years old.

Tiger people are sensitive, given to deep thinking, capable of great sympathy. They can be extremely short-tempered, however. Other people have great respect for them, but sometimes tiger people come into conflict with older people or those in authority. sometimes Tiger people cannot make up their minds, which can result in a poor, hasty decision or a sound decision arrived at too late. They are suspicious of others, but they are courageous and powerful.

this8384 agrees: I say NINE!!!
sarnian disagrees: In response of your rating of #4 : Incorrect. You also could be 95, 83, 71, 59, 47, 35, 23, or 12. But NEVER 9. I suggest you study some arithmetic.

Stephen

This has to do with the Chinese naming of the years. Each year is given another name of the zodiac.
Previous years of the tiger were : 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998. The next one will be 2010.

Here is a link to Wikipedia for more explanation.

Another link about the year of the tiger and horoscopes

Although others may be right that this question is on the wrong board, I reject the negativity of some remarks here.

Hope this helps you.

Did you even read the other posts? Do you not recognize sarcasm, give and take, when you see it - or are you too busy finding fault with other people?

First, this is a revenge reddie. Have you read the rules for posting? I suggest that you study them.

Second, a "reddie" would not be the place to correct my math - if, in fact, you had the least bit of understanding of what is going on here.
