It doesn't look it. I was reluctant to take the frame apart to examine it but I suppose I'll have to. It's probably not a good sign when the signature's not visible... unless whoever did the framing just covered over it unawares!

isn't it though? i just found it in a market and the amazing level of detail struck me (the photo doesn't do it full justice though)
