Need to ID Lithograph

I have a lithograph that is about 4' by 3', could be an original. There is a picture here:

Lithograph Picture on Flicr.com

I am trying to find out more about this lithograph. Anything would help even if it is to point me in another direction for answers. THANKS!

Kehf

I did take a look at the image on the link that you had posted. Are there any other identifying marks, letters, words or numbers on it or the frame, please?

The way the picture is framed you can not see the back. The only name on this lithograph is T. L. Altman... or it looks like it. Could be a J. L. or J. I. and some sort of spelling of ALTM..N

There is nothing else no numbers nothing.

Cheers,
Kehf

Just so others know, who might also be able to help in the identification of it, what the lithograph looks like without clicking on the link, below is an image of it. I have lightened it up just a bit, so that things are easier to see.
