The Rivulet

I have an original etching entitled "The Rivulet" #212 by Boyer. It must be about 70 years old or older. I cannot make out the penciled signature on the bottom left, next to the circled SZL. The first name looks like "Price" and I definitely cannot make out the last name. It is in a very old gold wooden frame and on the back the sticker states it was distributed by Turner. Can anyone give me information about this etching and it's value? Thank you.
