Portrait of Madness

I am searching for a painting called a PORTRAIT OF MADNESS I believe.

Describe

Man sitting in a wooden chair
above and around are swirls of darkness
The man looks straight forward.
It appears to be a wooden chairs with straps for hand and feet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
