Paris Etching Society

I have an etching by Paul Emile Lecomte and the Paris Etching Society that has been handed down for several generations in my family. The title of the etching is "The Hamlet in France" / "Le Hameau". It has the letters SZL in a circle and then in the bottom left hand corner NO. 8. It is approximately a 20X24 and it is signed in the bottom right hand corner in a gold frame. I was wondering if anyone might know the date and value of this piece of art.

In the area of "what is this _______ worth?" I've seen more questions about paintings/prints/etchings by members of the PES more than of any other group or organization...and time and time again we find that there is just no market for them.

Being that there's not a single webpage on the www that speaks of this work, I'd say that it's value just cannot be determined...and that you'd be hard pressed to find someone willing to pay for it.
