I have three oil paintings signed by Philip Sandee. Where can I find information about this artist? I have tried numerous searches and come up with nothing.

I have two of his paintings, and I am having trouble like you in finding out about him. I have found one of his painting at the Shultz library USA. and have emailed them for information
