I'm not really sure what you are looking for as far as an evaluation on the painting. I haven't been able to find anything on the Internet concerning the artist.

From what I can see, the painting is nicely done with good depth to it and interest. Because of the shading and proper balance of the size of the objects in the painting as compared to real life, the perspective appears to be almost three-dimensional. The colors also appear to be very true to as they might be in real life.

Overall, a very nice painting that appears to have been done by an accomplished artist.

If you are looking for a possible monetary value for the painting, it would be better for someone to see it in person and not by a photograph. People who might be able to help you in that regard would be persons at an art museum, art dealer or auctioneer who deals a lot in art.
