Any store that sells Revlon. I use Revlon colorstay overtime lip color. Its the closest I have found to non smearing lipstick. Downside is if you put it on too thick it peels off along with some lip skin. Not painful but you will have colorless patches on your lips. You shouldnt reapply it over the first coat so clean your lips entirely before reapplying. I have fell asleep in it and woke to perfect lips the next day.

Hypatia is right! Colorstay is the best no-smear lipstick I've ever used. BUT I've talked to other women who don't like how it feels on the lips because it's so dry.

I am a Make-up Artist. Try MAC Cosmetics Pro Longwear Lipcolor. It is a longwearing lipstick that is transfer resistant. MAC Cosmetics is the leading Prestige make-up brand in the US. All the employees are Trained, professional Artists. Find a store near you via maccosmetics.com. I promise it won't leave your lips feeling dry!
