More French Etchings

I have two etchings, probably from the late 1930s - mid-1940s, one titled Place de la Concorde, the other titled Fontaine de Medici. Both are pencil-signed artist's proofs (epreuve d'artiste). It's the artist's signature that I'm having trouble deciphering. It looks like M. Bemay or M. Bernay. The "M" and the "B" are elaborately intertwined in the signature. There is also a monogram within the etching that looks like an "M" encircled by a "B". Can anyone help me identify the artist?
