Etching published in Paris signed Fr Roth

I recently purchased an etching limited 185/250 signed FR Roth. Framer thought it was from the 40's. Want to know if there is any info on the artist and possible value, where do I look? Label on back also has the name Robertson. Landscape of countryside.
