Draw manga better

Everybody says to get better at drawing manga, study real life drawings or pictures. Does anybody know some exercises for drawing or any web sites that are good to learn how to draw the body?

Yeah I heard that to even do Disney cartoons you have to be good at drawing people.

These look like good sites

learn to draw - Introduction to drawing people.

Learn how to draw animals, men, women etc.

http://tearain.tripod.com/hp/draw/draw.html

Education: Learn to draw online

I took a quick glimpse at each of them (Because I have to go to bed.) and I like all of them. The http://tearain.tripod.com/hp/draw/draw.html already inspires me to make my own style so i'll start from their. Thanks so much this is just what I was looking for!
