who was Julien Celof? I have one of his works hanging in my den. I will appreciate any information concernirning this artist.

I haven't found anything about the artist just yet. That doesn't mean that it's not "out there" somewhere though. But, I do find where works by him are mentioned quite a few times on the following search.

Julien Celof Artist - Google Search

Are you sure that the name isn't Julien Celos? Some "s" letters in early manuscript writing can look a lot like "f"s
