Original Engravings by Phillipe Champagne - looking for more information and value.

Hello,
My relative in New York has on their wall an Original Engraving that was made for Napoleon Bonaparte in 1805 (that is what it says on the back) LES RELIGUISE by Phillipe Champagne.
Water color by Adelle Clemens.
Just wondering. I was asked if there is anything I would like to have from their house and was wondering if this is something I should get?

I have as of yet to find more information on the work. But, that doesn't meant that it's not out there somewhere on the Internet though. But, is this work of art something that appeals to you - something that you really like? Is it going to be free for you to have?
