Is anyone familiar with this Lithograph?

Hello. I picked up this Lithograph for a client yesterday. I noticed last night that it had a paper on the bottom of the back. It is certified by the Societe de Verification de la Nouvelle Gravure Internationale.
The subject is a girl on a blue "horse" girl is blue as well. They are standing in a creek and there are some funky trees on either side of her. The back ground is very bright orange and blue with yellow in the trees. The signature is not ledgable.
If anyone has any clue I would really appreciate it!

Hi, BobbyFrank!

If you're able to post a close-up image of the signature, it's possible that I might be able to edit it enough so that things are legible.

Thanks!
