Any info on 2 etched prints given to me

Hello,
Recently I given two etched prints by an artist named "Varin".

One of the prints is titled: Wall Street 1856

The other is titled: Wall Street 1829

They are framed in immaculate condition. I can't find an artist of this name in this era, perhaps someone has knowledge in this area. I'd appreciate their help.

There was a French painter by the name of Quentin Varin but he died in 1634. I'll look at his family tree to see if any descendents became painters.
