Can you scan the part of the plan so I can see it. C.O. usually refers to a clean-out, not sure what the F of T.G. is refering to until I see the plan.

We had our water meter replaced a few months ago and ever since then our water pressure in our shower has gone down. I went into the basement to check to see if the water was turned on all the way and I believe it was. Any suggestions?

Who replaced your meter? Maybe the connection has some kind of interference in it. I'm no plumber though, try posting a new question in the plumbing area, there are alot of good plumbers here that can help you.
