Currently in a Community College

Hello

Let me tell you about my educational status first before I ask my main question.
Well, I just transfered off from University of Guam (where did not offer an Architecture Degree) to a California Community College - San Diego Mesa College, majoring in Architecture. I stayed in UOG one academic year, currently I am attending Mesa College in my first semester.

I need some helpful advices on what should I do to successfully transfer to Cal Poly Pomona or San Luis Obispo.
I also met with my counselor, she gave me my prospective classes for next semester.

HELP!
