The wiring diagram is usually on the side of the motor, but black is high speed, blue is medium, red is low, brown is capacitor, brown/white is capacitor and has same polarity as white, white is common. This is standard with almost all electric motors. Sometimes other wires are added to allow reversing motors' rotation. DrTom4444
