My washer fills with water but does not agitate the clothes. When I moved the washer there is black power on the floor. It looks like a belt shredded. I had a repair guy come out twice in the last 30 days. First he said he changed a plastic piece for the agitator. A couple of weeks later the washer was making a strange noise and the water was not draining. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired and now Im still experiencing the same problem. What might be the problem and can I fixed the problem myself?
