Hello, I have a Whirlpool undercounter dishwasher model number DUL300XTKQ that I purchased in July of 2002. About a month ago, the "Normal' wash button stopped working or responding to being pushed. soon after, the 'pots& pans' stopped as well. sometimes, I will check and the pots and Pans will work, but not the normal. The lights to the buttons work becausewhen it in in 'anti-bacterial' I press the other buttons and they will flash for a bit. I do not want to call a service man but will if I have to. thought maybe it was somethng simple.

try switching off at breaker for 10 minutes then flip it back on hard or if you have a plug unplug it then after 10 minutes plug it back in or this could mean that you need a new touchpad that may indicate that you have a couple og stuck keys
