Whirlpool Dishwasher ADP 7406 F3 Fault

Our dishwasher is showing an F3 fault, we cleared it, put a wash on then it doesn't finish the wash. There is no water in the bottom of dishwasher but when you take out the filter there is water underneath. Can anyone help?
