I bought a whirlpool gold dishwasher model # GU1200XTLBO, Serial # FM3105331 about 2 years ago knowing that we were going to remodel the kitchen. It stayed in its original packing has been stored in the unheated garage for 3 winters. The kitchen is complete. The dishwasher is installed. It will power on, fill up with water, soap dish open but then just does nothing. When I hit cancel it will pump out. Needless to say the dishes are not getting washed. Some one mentioned that the factory tests the units before they send them out and that water that was still in the unit may have frozen and damaged the pump that will take the water and push it through the spray arms. Help!!!
