I am looking to find out if anyone has experience with water softeners, Namely the Culligan Mark 49. It has a full salt "tank" and seems to cycle when ran manually. The problem is the water remains hard. I suspect that it does not draw from the brine tank as it should. I just wonder what the usual culprits are in this instance? I havent had time to tear it apart as of yet and want to know what i should be looking for .
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
