Water leak from a GE Refrigerator

My GE Fridge Model is TBX 18TAZCRAD (TOP Freezer). I have water dropping from the middle compartment. I was reading about it and seems like some clogging in the drainage pipe system.

Can some one help how to remove the back panel and fix this leak? Appreciate the help.

Thanks,
C
