Water accumulates on the inside bottom of my Maytag refrig

Please Help. Water accumulates on the inside bottom of my Maytag refrig (Model # MTB2156DEW) . I've checked the ice maker and it isn't leaking. I've been told it may be a clogged defrost drain line in the freezer section.

I did see a screw in each of the corners which I guess should remove the back panel. However, I also have an ice maker on the left hand side which I think would have to be removed, although I'm not sure exactly how. Is this true, or is it possible to just pull the panel out a little and squirt some hot water in the area?? Do you want to get hot water on the coils? Will hot water likely free up the drain? I don't want to make things worse. Will simply defrosting the refrig overnight possibly solve the problem? Sorry to ask so many questions. I just wish I had a picture.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
