Washer won't spin!

Won't spin with a load in it, but will spin empty. HELP!!!

Maybe you have filled it too full and the mechanism can't spin.

Just my guess.

I had this happen. Either the shaft that it sits on is broken or the motor is going bad. We had a bad motor and once it was replaced it was fine. The motor got weak or something

could be the motor the agitator or the electrical paneling a loose connect or something

I had same scenario and changed coupler .It is located just below agitator.You will need too remove front of washer and look for a split coupler which would make it not spin
