    Trying to replace remote for Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan
    I recently purchased a universal remote (which looks exactly like the original remote) for my Hampton Bay Fan. Problem is when I tried to install the transmitter box I found that there is no Blue light wire coming from the fan although there is a light with the fan and my main reason for trying to replace the remote...
    Where do I connect this blue wire?? Does anyone know??

    What wires come from the fan?

    Does the new receiver have all the same wires as the old receiver?
