Thermal Cutoff #279769 - How to replace w/ fuse

I have a Whirlpool dryer, Model # LFE7800N1 that I need to replace the thermal cutoff and temp fuse on. I have the cutoff changed out however I can not locate the temp fuse. Someone told me it would be near the top of the can that houses the heating element but I can not find it there or anywhere else. Can anyone help?

UTL your model. Please check for the exact model number and post it.
