Refrigerator is leaking intermittently

My refrigerator is leaking intermittently. I tried defrosting the freezer and the fridge and it didnt leak for couple days. Now it is leaking again. I also turned off my ice maker. It still leaks randomly. It will be fine for a couple days then one morning I will open it up to find a pool of water on the bottom of the fridge. What can cause this?

If you have a evaporator coil on the rear wall of the refrigerator then it might have a plugged drain line. This drain line comes out the rear of the refrigerator, if it has this drain you will see it going down the back( slide refrigerator away from wall to see) and into the pan under the refrigerator. If the water is coming from the top of the refrigerator and dripping down the interior wall, then you might have wet insulation between the freezer and the refrigerator. Hope this helps. Mike
