removal of GE washer dasher

I need/want to remove the dasher from a GE #VVLSE3150AOWW. I don't see how it is attached.

Take the belt from your pants and put under the base of the agitator and pull straight up. No bolts or nuts to remove. Keep you head back away as when it comes up, it comes up fast and I don't want it hitting you in the head

ballengerb1 agrees: never knew this, usually have a nut on the agitator.
