    Kenmore 700 series washer
    The part in the middle of the washer that moves the clothes around and up and down doesn't want to turn unless you push down on it or pull up on it. What could be wrong with it?

I only get cold water on both setting of the washer. No hot water at any time. Checked the hot water line no block. Switched lines can only get hot coming in from cold line.
