Dryer heat escaping

the laundry room gets very warm but the dryer inside doesnt. it takes 2-3 hrs to dry one load. I throughly cleaned the air duct, lint basket and the interior of the dryer cage of all lint but it didn t help. isit a seal? where is it? is something else. GE dryer. Someone help me
