Which make/model of portable 18-inch dishwasher washes best and is quiet and reliable?

Look in consumer report to see if a DB rating is available for noise. Most major brands are OK but they change so often it is hard to tell which one is the best today.

I've read that the Haier brand dishwasher is not that good. The Danby seems okay. I'll check it out in consumer report.
