Kenmore washing standpipe overflows

I purchased a new Kenmore top loading washing machine in Octboer 2006. I have had nothing but trouble with the standpipe overflowing when the washing machine releases the water. I have had two Sears service calls and they told me it was the motor pushing out the water to fast and there was nothing they could do. If it continues it is probably the standpipe. I have spent a fortune on plumbers, draino and I still have water flowing onto my floor. I did read others having this same problem, however, it was with a Maytag or an older version of a Kenmore.
I do not know what action to take at this point. I was going to call Sears again and have them service the machine and show them the responses from your site. If you can help me in this endeavor it would be greatly appreciated.
