Maytag Neptune Blowing fuses

I have a Maytag Neptune Model MAH300AWW (the one with the mechanical timer) and the dang thing keeps blowing fuses on the motor controller. Now the board usually has to be completely replaced usually if a fuse is blown because it is actually solderred to the board, but I solderred on a fuse holder and put in the same style fuse (10A/250V). Well the thing is still blowing the fuse. I have reviewed the board and none of the resistors are burnt (though the board is a little discolored above a whole row of resistors (the very top of the board nearest the drum). Anyone got any ideas on why this thing is still blowing fuses?
