Mapping RTH230B

I had just bought an RTH230B Thermostat with the following connector points:
Rh - Heating power
Rc - Cooling power
W - Heating signal
Y - Cooling signal
G - Fan

I would like to replace my T8195B/Q682B. The connector points are:
R - Power
W - Heating
Y - Cooling
G - Fan
C - Clock
O - (not used)
B - (not used)

Can you please help me map the connector points? Thank you very much.
